Hiyak – Astral

Hiyak – Astral

The Hiyak boot feature super-sticky rubber for exceptional grip on slick rocks and level footbeds for all-day comfort in and around the water.

Astral uses Airescape technology to create the world's first breathable life jacket—by minimizing the jacket's surface contact with your torso, air is allowed to move next to your body to cool you off. Shell is made from 200-denier and 400-denier ripstop nylon. Liner is polyester mesh. Flotation made from PVC-free Gaia foam in body conforming articulated panels for a great fit. High mesh back design accommodates high seat backs and maximizes breathability.

Gear Review: Astral Rassler Water Boots – Kitchi-Gami

The Hiyak is Astral's view of a proper bootie. It offers ground-conforming stability, foot protection and insulation without neoprene. The result is a lighter, more durable, fast drying water-boot with phenomenal gripping powers.
